1. Overview
This website is operated by TCGPacks. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to TCGPacks. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Screen settings may cause slight variations in colour. Product images are for illustration; packaging artwork, set symbols, and box designs may vary by print run or region.
Sealed product contents: the contents of sealed booster packs, boxes, tins, and bundles are determined entirely by the manufacturer and are random. We do not open, sort, weigh, or alter sealed products, and we make no representation or guarantee as to which cards, rarities, or values any sealed product will contain. Pull rates, odds, and card distribution are set by the manufacturer. Dissatisfaction with the contents of a sealed product is not grounds for a return or refund.
Condition of singles: where we sell individual cards, condition is described according to standard grading terminology. Unless a card is explicitly listed as professionally graded, condition descriptions reflect our own assessment.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, restrict sales, and discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and stock levels can change between browsing and checkout.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment taken. Where payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, reseller activity that breaches purchase limits, or where the product is unavailable. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken in full.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; a contract of sale is formed when we dispatch the items.
6. Payment
You warrant that any payment information you provide is accurate, complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and by placing an order you agree to their terms. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is declined, reversed, or flagged.
7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by TCGPacks or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Trading card game names, set names, character names, artwork, and logos are the property of their respective rights holders. TCGPacks is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card game publisher.
9. Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time without obligation to update any information.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use this site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to infringe our or others' intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, or scrape; or to interfere with the security features of the site.
